This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 3 bath Casa Antonio villa is located in the Pueblo community. The villa has over 3,400 sq.ft. of indoor/outdoor living that includes a large terrace with an outdoor kitchen that features a refrigerator, granite counters, gas BBQ and sink plus a view tower and ocean views. Completed in 2014, the villa features stainless steel appliances in the fully appointed kitchen, granite counter top, custom cabinets, American satellite TV in the living area and all three bedrooms, Wifi and is adjacent to the community pool. The resort style swimming pool includes a calming waterfall, change facilities/restroom, gas barbecue, refrigerator, ice maker and shaded sitting areas. The villa enjoys breathtaking southeast views to the historic town of San Jose del Cabo and the azure waters of the Sea of Cortez beyond. When you rent one of our villas and if you really want to be pampered, Club Campestre owns the luxurious & private 'Playa Club Campestre' (Beach Club) that features a restaurant, 2 pools, shading lounging areas, poolside food and beverage service, massage and other spa services. This is a full service facility, directly on the baby soft beach...you can walk for miles! Special arrangements would have to be made to gain access to this facility upon arrival and can't be guaranteed. A food and beverage minimum will apply. The villa also has other features such as a washer/dryer, reverse osmosis system and a water purification system throughout the house. Both master bedroom have king size beds, the 3rd bedroom can either be twin beds or made up as a king.
