Upon your arrival, you can gain entry into the Casa through its own private courtyard including a trickling Cantera fountain. This villa features two separate master bedroom suites, one on the first level and one on the second, allowing for complete privacy. Each bedroom includes a king size pillowtop bed, designer bedding, 32' flat screen TV, mounted safe and ample closet space. Each master bathroom includes his and her sinks, oversized travertine shower, and separate toilet. A powder bath is conveniently located on the first level, adjacent to the laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer. There is an office space provided with a printer for your personal use. The kitchen is upgraded with GE stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is well stocked for any of your culinary needs. The designer armoire houses a 60' flat screen HD TV, connected to DISH providing reception of American channels. On the edge of San Jose del Cabo, Casa de la Sirena is located in the walking village of Pueblo, within the gated community of Camp Campestre. Pueblo Campestre is a charming fairway front, ocean view, pedestrian friendly neighborhood in an old world atmosphere. This community is located along the 13th hole of the Nicklaus Design Club Campestre golf course and is conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, historic downtown San Jose, the Art district, airport and the corridor highway to Cabo San Lucas. This villa sits adjacent to the community pool and enjoys breathtaking, rooftop views of the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains, azure waters of the Sea of Cortez, and the Nicklaus Designed Golf Course. Casa de la Sirena includes satellite TV and wifi so you can stay in touch while on your vacation. The villa enjoys views to the historic town of San Jose del Cabo and the azure waters of the Sea of Cortez beyond. When you rent one of our villas and if you really want to be pampered, Club Campestre owns the luxurious & private 'Playa Club Campestre' (Beach Club) that features a restaurant, 2 pools, shading lounging areas, poolside food and beverage service, massage and other spa services. This is a full service facility, directly on the baby soft sand beach...you can walk for miles! Special arrangements would have to be made to gain access to this facility for just a food and beverage minimum any day you use the club. The community has a beautiful pool with lots of shaded and un-shaded lounging areas.
