This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has a bonus bedroom with bunk beds for the kids. It is located in the walking village of Pueblo Campestre in San Jose del Cabo. Pueblo Campestre is a 62 villa development located along the Jack Nicklaus Designed Club Campestre Golf Course and includes the use of the world class and very exclusive Campestre Beach Club. Completed in 2013, the villas features stainless steel appliances in the fully appointed kitchen, granite countertops, custom cabinets, American satellite TV in the living area and both bedrooms, Wifi and is adjacent to the community pool. The resort style swimming pool includes a calming waterfall, change facilities/restroom, gas barbecue, refrigerator, ice maker and shaded sitting areas. The villa has two master bedrooms with on-suite baths, both with king beds and satellite TV. The fully loaded kitchen features stainless steel appliances and anything else you would need. We do have a water filter system and a water purification system so the refrigerator ice and cold water is purified. The terrace has a great seating area, an outdoor kitchen with stainless steel grill, sink with running water and refrigerator. The view is of all of historic San Jose including the downtown area, hotel row and the beach & Sea of Cortez all the way from Palmilla to Punto Gordo. The very exclusive Campestre Beach Club has a heated pool, restaurant, poolside food & beverage service, some spa services, a heated pool and incredible beach and ocean views. Members pay $17,000 to join the facility and $160 a month in dues. We have made special arrangements for our guests to have use of this world class facility, a minimum food and beverage fee may apply.
