Upon your arrival, you can gain entry into the Casa through its own private courtyard including a trickling Cantera fountain. This villa features two separate master bedroom suites, one on the first level and one on the second, allowing for complete privacy. Each bedroom includes a king size pillowtop bed, designer bedding, 32' flat screen TV and ample closet space. Each master bathroom includes his and her sinks, oversized travertine shower, and separate toilet. A powder bath is conveniently located on the first level, adjacent to the laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer. There is an office space provided for your personal use. The kitchen is upgraded with GE stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is well stocked for any of your culinary needs. Seating for six at the dining room table. The designer armoire houses a 60' flat screen HD TV, connected to Shaw providing reception of American and Canadian channels. The second level terrace is equipped with a full outdoor kitchen cooking center; as well as, a dining table with six chairs and overlooks the Pueblo pool. On the third level, you will find a pergola covered viewing tower with 360 degree views. It is furnished with four oversize lounge chairs and large round cocktail table for relaxing anytime of day to enjoy the grand vistas of Mexico. The renting of this unit can include access to the private and very exclusive Campestre Beach Club restaurant and pool (a usage fee may apply in some cases). The Beach Club offers poolside food and beverage service and spa treatments.
